Senior Product Designer - Design Systems (Enterprise / Banking)
About this role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong hands-on expertise in building and scaling enterprise-level Design Systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across mobile (iOS & Android) and web/desktop platforms, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end UX process. Experience within BFSI/FinTech environments—preferably banking and SME segments—is highly preferred.
This role requires close collaboration within Agile squads alongside Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver scalable, consistent, and user-centric experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-scale Design Systems.
- Create and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, documentation, and guidelines across platforms.
- Ensure consistency and scalability across mobile (iOS, Android) and web/desktop applications.
- Drive the end-to-end UX process: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final design delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders within Agile squads.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and scalable design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on data and feedback.
- Champion accessibility, usability, and performance standards across products.
- Support SME banking products with customer-centric design thinking.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design.
- Proven experience building and managing enterprise Design Systems.
- Strong hands-on experience in mobile (iOS & Android) and web/desktop design.
- Deep understanding of UX methodologies and user-centred design principles.
- Experience working in Agile environments within cross-functional squads.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product and Technology teams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

- Experience in BFSI / FinTech, ideally within banking.
- Exposure to SME banking products or digital banking platforms.
- Experience working in large enterprise organisations.
- Understanding of accessibility and regulatory compliance in financial products.
