The client:
A leading generator and supplier of electricity in Greece and in other European countries.
Responsibilities:
- Operating, configuring, and monitoring information systems.
- Starting up and shutting down system operations.
- Monitoring systems for malfunctions or unusual operations.
- Collaborating with information systems developers to ensure their normal operation.
- Monitoring and controlling the operation of hardware and software.
- Ensuring the upgrade of applications on user systems.
- Customizing applications and ensuring their proper functioning according to organizational needs.
- Managing user access rights to applications.
- Managing data related to applications and ensuring proper storage, retrieval, and deletion.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in operating and maintaining equipment in the utilities industry preferred
- Solid understanding of utilities systems and processes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent knowledge of english and greek language
