A leading generator and supplier of electricity in Greece and in other European countries.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new cloud technologies and optimize existing infrastructure
- Ensure the security, availability, and reliability of cloud-based systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure
- Participate in capacity planning and performance optimization efforts
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in cloud engineering
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide technical guidance and support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or a similar role (at least 2 years)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Jenkins or Git
- Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in the cloud environment
