About this role

Chef Vania Ghedini cerca un/una Commis Chef per ampliare la brigata al Ristorante Oro, che ha mantenuto la sua stella Michelin, confermando il suo posto tra le migliori destinazioni gastronomiche d'Italia. Dalla sua posizione unica sull'isola della Giudecca, Oro offre un'esperienza culinaria ispirata ai ritmi e ai colori della laguna veneziana, valorizzando i migliori ingredienti locali.

Si tratta di una posizione stagionale a tempo pieno ovvero di 40 ore la settimana distribuite su 5 giorni (domenica e lunedì sono i giorni di chiusura del ristorante).

L'assunzione è prevista per luglio 2026 fino alla chiusura dell'hotel (fine settembre).

  • indispensabile almeno un anno di esperienza nella mansione in ristoranti fine dining/gourmet;
  • ottime capacità di lavoro di squadra e gestione del tempo e delle priorità;
  • richieste le necessarie conoscenze in campo di igiene alimentare;
  • necessarie buone capacità comunicative e di relazioni interpersonali.

Eventuali candidature extra UE potranno essere prese in considerazione solo se i candidati/le candidate saranno in possesso dei titoli per lavorare in Italia al momento della candidatura.

  • contratto a tempo determinato stagionale con la possibilità di tornare le successive stagioni grazie al diritto di precedenza;
  • se provenienti da fuori del comune di Venezia, posto letto nella nostra Staff House, situata all'interno della proprietà dell'hotel, con lavanderia e palestra dedicati al personale e mensa aperta per i tre principali pasti della giornata;
