Reports to Bar Manger and Assistant Bar Manager

Primary Responsibilities Include:

·       Assumes responsibility for quality guests’ experience.

·       Present drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.

·       Welcome customers entering the bar area and maintain a friendly atmosphere.

·       Take orders from customers and serve drinks in accordance with clients’ instructions.

·       To be a good representative of the bar establishment, paying attention to customer satisfaction and doing anything possible to improve the customer’s experience.

What You Bring:

·        Excellent communicational skills, both whit Guests and co-workers/ colleagues. Skilled at engaging audience.

·        Detail and guest care oriented

·        Flexibility and ability to effectively adjust to major changes in work tasks or the work environment

·        At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels
