For the next season 2026, we are looking for a Boutique Attendant to join our Boutique team.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.

He/She will Report to the Boutique Supervisor.

Main Duties & Responsabilities

• Greeting all guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Providing detailed information about products, materials, and brand history.
• Managing sales transactions with precision and efficiency.
• Maintaining the order and elegant display of the boutique.
• Assisting with inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
• Contributing to creating an inviting atmosphere and a memorable shopping experience.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Boutique Assistant, or in a similar customer facing role, preferably within a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A confident, proactive, and courteous personality with a strong client focus.
• Fluent in Italian and English. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
  

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Boutique Attendant.
• Start date: April/ May 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
• Salary as by CCNL, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR Welfare incentive based on quality goals.
• Accomodation in double room in our staff house including breakfast.
• Bus ticket as benefit for the contract period.
• Staff cantine.
