About this role

The HR Analyst acts as the strategic data partner for the Southern Europe division (Italy, Spain, and Portugal). This role is responsible for driving data excellence, ensuring compliance with new European regulations, and managing complex Compensation & Benefits cycles. You will act as the bridge between global LVMH standards and local properties, transforming "big data" into actionable insights while leading the adoption of advanced HR systems.

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Conduct data analysis on compensation statistics, internal equity, and salary surveys to ensure regional competitiveness.
  • Support the International Compensation Review (ICR) process, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to group guidelines.
  • Support the implementation of LVMH job classes and job mapping across all Southern Europe properties.
  • Manage the Gender Pay Gap reporting and preparing the organization for EU Pay Transparency directives.
  • Coordinate and consolidate data for the Group’s annual social and environmental reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure global data standards and "Big Data" integrity within HR systems.
  • Empower regional leadership with reporting capabilities and visual dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Act as a key user for HRIS platforms, with a focus on SuccessFactors and the roll-out of MyHR (HR management system) projects.
  • Ensure the adoption of new HR tools, managing data outputs and identifying opportunities for process automation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Global HRIS team, gathering regional requirements and managing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new system functionalities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Analytics or Compensation & Benefits, preferably in complex, multi-site organizations.
  • Previous experience managing SuccessFactors or similar enterprise systems (Workday, Oracle). Comfortable managing "Big Data" outputs and complex system migrations.
  • Advanced skills in Excel with an interest in Business Intelligence.
  • Understands data concepts like naming conventions, data types, data quality dimensions (e.g. completeness, timeliness, validity, etc).
  • Familiarity with European labor reporting (Gender Pay Gap, Pay Transparency) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills – ability to translate complex requirements into simple and easy to understand language.
  • Speaks fluently English and Italian.
