About This Role:

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end movement of goods, ensuring that materials and products reach their destinations efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. You will act as the "air traffic controller" for our supply chain, bridging the gap between suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to maintain a seamless flow of operations. This is a critical role in ensuring that our innovative data center and power generation projects remain on schedule and within budget.

This role is 100% onsite at our Denver Headquarters (255 Fillmore Street Denver, CO)

  • Customs & trade compliance: Support compliance efforts for import/export regulations, tariff classifications (HTS/HS codes), and country-specific trade requirements; assist customs brokers in resolving holds, duties, and regulatory filings

  • Import/export documentation: Prepare and audit commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export licenses; ensure accuracy for seamless customs clearance and three-way match in Coupa

  • Carrier & vendor support: Assist in maintaining relationships with international carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers; help monitor KPIs for safety, transit times, and cost; support OS&D resolution across global shipments

  • Shipment visibility & risk monitoring: Proactively track international shipments, flagging port congestion, weather events, customs delays, and geopolitical disruptions; relay real-time updates to project managers and stakeholders

  • Inventory & material tracking: Help track equipment movements between international origins, warehouses, and project sites; assist with reconciling physical counts against digital records; conduct receiving inspections and document damages with photographs

  • Process & cost support: Help identify bottlenecks across global supply lanes, support process improvement efforts, audit freight invoices, and assist Accounting with financial reconciliation

  • Emergency & on-call response: Support special-circumstance logistics across time zones and participate in an on-call rotation for critical after-hours international supply chain emergencies

  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively coordinate with external carriers and internal engineering teams to resolve delivery issues.
