Role Overview:

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Logistics Manager to join our team, reporting into the Project Director. This position will be site-based in Vaasa, Finland, and will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating all site logistics and material movement to ensure efficient, safe, and timely delivery of works.

• Manage the site compound and all designated storage areas to maximise efficiency and safety.
• Oversee the booking and coordination of material deliveries to and from the site.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors to ensure clear understanding of delivery schedules, storage locations, and access routes from off-site facilities to the project site.
• Maintain strong organisational control of site deliveries to ensure materials arrive in a structured and orderly manner.
• Attend pre-start meetings with subcontractors to communicate site logistics procedures, storage limitations, and delivery booking requirements via the Datascope system.
• Manage and monitor traffic movement across the site, ensuring safe and efficient flow of vehicles and deliveries.
• Promote a “just-in-time” delivery approach with all subcontractors to reduce congestion and optimise site operations.
