Senior Manager - Development (CO134)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Manager - Development (CO134) to lead the strategic growth and development initiatives for our ambitious projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in development planning, project execution, and stakeholder management to drive Qiddiya’s vision of becoming a leading global destination for entertainment, sports, and culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic development plans aligned with Qiddiya’s corporate objectives and vision.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of development projects.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
• Engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, government entities, and external partners to facilitate project success.
• Oversee the monitoring and reporting of project progress, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth within the development portfolio.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in strategic development, real estate, or project management roles.
• Proven experience in leading complex development projects from strategy through execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, including experience with feasibility analysis, risk assessment, development planning, or PMO and project governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing senior or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Experience with Excel for feasibility and financial modeling.
• Experience with project controls platforms, reporting dashboards, or real estate development systems.
• Experience with commercial mixed-use and retail projects.
• Business-fluent English.
