Delivery Project Director - Landscaping and Public Realm (DEL 1)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Delivery Project Director specializing in landscaping and public realm to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of landscaping and public realm projects within our transformative development portfolio. This leadership role requires expertise in designing and executing high-quality public spaces that align with Qiddiya’s vision for innovation, sustainability, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of landscaping and public realm project management of design, procurement and delivery for Package 11 and other landscaping and public realm packages inside resort core management to requirements as set in this job description
• Lead and manage of scope for design and delivery to approved schedule meeting the IMS 2.0 approved dates
• Lead and manage design and delivery to the required quality management outcomes
• Management of the package through the business governance process for stage gates, commercial
• Commercial management of scope to the approved budget by tracking and monitoring progress, with early warnings, commercial, procurement and governance processes
• Prepare and present monthly report on scope work to agreed format
• Coordinate and manage regular weekly meetings with team, consultants and contractors to track progress, actions and issues. This to be documented and shared with the team and those relevant to the package.
• Manage the interface between projects including infrastructure and other sub-districts to ensure seamless design and program delivery
• Troubleshooting issues and problems with proactive issue management with solutions. Where cannot be resolved escalate to the manager
• Quality assurance to management plan incl report & trends
• Safety assurance to the Qiddiya safety management plan incl report & trends

• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree: Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field, preferred.
• 15 - 20 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Diverse experience working within Mega/large scale complex design and construction programs across private and/or government sectors.
• Expert commercial and contracts understanding.
• Previous KSA /Middle East experience preferred
• Leverage exceptional written and verbal skills in English – articulate ideas, strategies, and project performance to a range of audiences and to influence at senior levels.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of enterprise-level management software, such as Prism, SAP, or similar systems
• Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and deliver results. 
• Strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead the function's direction, specifically endorsing or opposing practices as needed.  
• Demonstrated track record in strategic, high-impact decisions that may drive change or contribute to project success.
• Ability to leverage relationships to maximize project outcomes
• Significant experience required in development, implementation and management of business systems, including policies and procedures.
