Delivery Manager - Commercial Office (CO136)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated Delivery Manager for our Commercial Office projects. This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of commercial office spaces, ensuring that projects meet quality standards, are completed on time, and stay within budget.

The Delivery Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders and internal teams to drive project success while aligning with Qiddiya's overall development goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery phases of commercial office projects.
• Coordinate between design, construction, procurement, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to maintain project alignment and resolve issues.
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in project delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in project delivery or construction management, preferably in commercial office developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and quality control.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
