What Weโre Looking For:
An attorney who is:
- Hard-working and highly organized
- Comfortable managing a diverse caseload (pre-suit and litigation)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- A natural leader capable of developing and guiding support staff
- Passionate about client advocacy and delivering top-notch legal service
- A clear communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Honest, coachable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Licensed to practice in Florida (required)
๐ We welcome attorneys with all levels of experience โ whether you're newly licensed and eager to learn, or experienced and ready to take on litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Conduct client interviews, investigate claims, and gather supporting evidence
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, demands, and discovery documents
- Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial
- Represent clients in court proceedings with confidence and professionalism
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for maximum client recovery
- Counsel clients throughout the legal process with empathy and clarity
- Oversee, train, and support legal assistants and case management staff
