In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, courteous, and efficient transportation services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. As a Guest Service - Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, representing Qiddiya’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and timely transportation services for guests to various destinations within and outside the Qiddiya premises.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the company vehicle at all times.
- Assist guests with luggage and offer a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Adhere strictly to traffic rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.
- Coordinate with the Guest Services team to manage schedules and meet guest transportation needs effectively.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the relevant department.
- Uphold a professional appearance and conduct reflective of the Qiddiya brand values.
- Education Preferred: Highschool or related experience.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in guest service or hospitality environments.
- Ability to handle guest needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
- High level of responsibility, punctuality, and integrity.
