About this role

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role:

As an Early Careers Recruiter, you will be a key execution partner in Crusoe’s early-career talent engine. You aren't just filling seats; you are identifying the future leaders of the energy-compute transition. • Operational Reporting: Track and report on pipeline health metrics, including offer acceptance rates, candidate sources, and intern-to-full-time conversion rates.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of school trends, the competitive landscape, and the evolving needs of early-in-career talent to keep Crusoe's strategy competitive.

  • Candidate Engagement: Act as a career advisor and brand champion, cultivating long-term relationships with high-potential students and recent graduates.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Crusoe at campus career fairs, conferences, and events, showcasing our unique culture of innovation and environmental impact.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Early Careers Programs Manager to bridge the gap between recruitment and the intern experience, ensuring a seamless onboarding journey.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Early Career recruiting, ideally within a high-growth technology company.

  • Mission Driven: A genuine passion for the intersection of energy, climate, and computing.

  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data to optimize the hiring funnel and measure the success of university partnerships.

  • Compelling Storyteller: The ability to articulate Crusoe’s impact and build a narrative that resonates with the next generation of talent.

  • Communication Skills: A knack for making candidates feel valued while acting as a data-backed advisor to internal hiring managers.

  • Exceptional Follow-Through: High attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring a premium candidate experience.
