Our Little Rock outpatient clinics provide individualized, evidence-based care in a patient-centered environment. Advanced Physical Therapy is known for its focus on general orthopedic rehabilitation while also offering specialized services including manual therapy, dry needling, pelvic health, post-surgical rehabilitation, strength and balance training, and conservative spine care. As part of our team, you'll work with a diverse orthopedic caseload while benefiting from strong administrative support and technology designed to help you focus on your patients.

Your Role

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Deliver hands-on care to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
  • Educate and empower patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, support staff, and referral partners to provide outstanding patient-centered care.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to reduce administrative burden and maximize patient interaction.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
