Reservations Supervisor

As a Reservations Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the reservations team and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the high standards of service synonymous with Conrad Hotels. Reporting directly to the Reservation Manager, you will oversee all aspects of reservations including managing daily operations, training staff, and assisting in the implementation of new procedures that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. Your keen attention to detail and outstanding communication skills will be instrumental in optimizing our booking processes and maximizing room occupancy. In this pivotal role, you will implement all duties in accordance with Conrad brand standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate management of room availability and fair distribution tasks within the team. Oversee the daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring smooth workflow, accuracy, and service efficiency.
• Manage room inventory and availability, aligning allocation strategies with current market demand and forecasted trends.
• Train, coach, and support team members in reservation protocols and guest service excellence.
• Address and resolve reservation-related issues and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and no-shows, utilizing data for performance analysis and strategic planning.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing departments to promote special packages and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure the reservation system is consistently updated, properly maintained, and optimized for operational effectiveness.
• Provide assistance to the Front Office team during high-occupancy periods, events, or operational challenges.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel reservations or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with reservation systems, preferably Opera PMS.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support others in achieving common goals.
