About your service: Extend OSHC at Nazareth Catholic College
Location: Findon, SA
Position: Permanent Part-Time Position (Term-Time)
Salary: $57,700 Package (Per Annum Includes Superannuation, Allowances and The Worker Retention Payment)
Role:
- Before School Care: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
- After School Care: 2:15 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Monday to Friday (28 hours and 45 minutes per week).
- Be a part of our exciting Vacation Care program, with up to 6-hour shifts available during school holidays.
- Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As our OSHC Service 2IC you will:
- Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
- Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
- Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
- Mentor & Mobilise: Motivate your team by empowering them to lead with confidence and fostering a shared commitment to enriching every child’s experience. You will also assist the service coordinator.
- Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
- The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
- The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
What You Bring to the Mix
- The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!

- The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
