About the Role:
β The role is responsible for identifying, sourcing and securing long-term and short-term
pest control & prevention business opportunities. The incumbent shall be primarily
responsible for the New Sales Productivity, Renewal and Collection as per the assigned
targets.
β The person will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a
multi-functional team involving collaboration with the internal team and external
stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development (Sales):
β Achieve sales targets as per the branch's approved business plan
β Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory
β Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basis
β Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiries within defined
timelines
β Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
β Ensure contract renewals are in line with company expectations
β Track market developments and identify new business opportunities
β Prepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG)
Customer Service:
β Ensure high-quality service delivery to all customers
β Maintain strong liaison and communication with clients
β Prepare and submit customer reports promptly
β Address customer complaints and work with Operations and Back Office to resolve them
effectively
β Conduct detailed site inspections and SRAs
β Generate quotations through the system as per company guidelines
β Share customer feedback with the Branch Manager and collect appreciation letters from
RBU/CBU clients

β Set realistic and accurate customer expectations regarding pest management services
β Capture correct and complete customer information (email, two contact numbers, address with landmarks)
β Promote visit-based sales as per iCABS frequency to enable structured annual service calendars
β Share cost sheets and material requirements with Operations; communicate customer expectations before service delivery
β Ensure new sales are visible in iCABS for planning and execution via Service Companion
β Punch new sales in SRA on time to allow sufficient lead time for planners; coordinate with Service Planners for scheduling
β Avoid making direct service scheduling commitments to customers without planner confirmation
Administration & Accounts:
β Ensure timely invoice submission and obtain necessary acknowledgements
β Coordinate with the Back Office for accurate and timely invoicing
β Share costings and customer expectations with Operations in advance
β Ensure timely submission of collections and review daily billing status with the Back Office team.
Maintaining Systems and MIS
β Ensure timely and accurate updates in all sales-related systems
β Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
β Maintain an updated and organised customer database

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
β Any Graduate (Any discipline)
β Proficient in MS-Office/G-Suite
β Experience - Jr. SE - 2 years | SE - 4 Years | Sr. SE - 5-6 years.
β Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in Facilities Management services
β Minimum 2 years of experience in home products, home services, or residential cleaning
services (preferred)
