IT Executive (Colombo)
About this role
Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and internet connectivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and support.
Ensure regular data backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
Maintain IT asset inventories and documentation.
Support the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1โ2 years of experience in an IT support or IT executive role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
