About this role
About the Role:
- The Regional Account Executive is responsible managing the Tier-2 customers for the assigned location. He is responsible for managing the entire life-cycle of the existing customers of the sector assigned and winning new ones, individually taking responsibility of the top customers and prospects.
- The incumbent will report to the Regional Key Account Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
β Managing existing customers
β Customer retention
β Annual contract renewal with price increase
β Collection / DSO management
β Up-selling
β Business development (farming) from the existing customers
β Market survey, competitor analysis to understand gaps of our services.
β Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
β Attend other work-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Key Deliverable:
β Retention of assigned regional accounts of 95% +
β On-time customer contract renewal of 100%
β Price increase from existing customers of 10%
β Manage collection and DSO as per set target
β Generate farming business from existing and new customers as per the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly target set

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
β Bachelorβs Degree (or its equivalent) with overall experience of at least 3 to 5 years spread across front line B2B sales, Account Management
β Fair knowledge of the geography in which the position will be based
β Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT
