Description de fonction

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un(e) :

  •  Attaché(e) Commercial(e) BtoB / BtoC

Véritable acteur du développement commercial en Guyane, vous prenez en charge un portefeuille clients BtoB et BtoC que vous développez et fidélisez, de la prospection à la conclusion des ventes, dans une logique de performance et de satisfaction client.

Vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du territoire guyanais, avec une organisation terrain structurée entre Cayenne (3 jours par semaine) et Saint-Laurent du Maroni (2 jours par semaine).

Vos missions

  • Développer votre portefeuille clients par une prospection active et l’identification d’opportunités
  • Traiter les leads entrants avec réactivité et efficacité
  • Analyser les besoins clients et proposer des solutions adaptées en hygiène et lutte antiparasitaire
  • Négocier et conclure les ventes dans le respect de la politique groupe
  • Fidéliser et développer votre portefeuille (upsell / cross-sell)
  • Piloter votre activité commerciale à travers vos indicateurs et le CRM

De formation commerciale Bac+4 minimum, vous disposez d'une solide expérience réussie dans la vente de prestations de services.

Organisé(e) et autonome, vous aimez relever des défis, conquérir et développer vos clients !

Votre tempérament de chasseur, votre écoute et sens du client, votre ténacité et votre dynamisme seront autant d'atouts permettant votre réussite au sein de notre groupe.
