Regional Accounts Executive - Mumbai
About this role
About the Role:
β The Executive will be responsible for managing and retaining assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely renewals with price uplifts, meeting collection targets, and driving growth through farming and customer engagement.
β The person will report to the Regional Account Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
β Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
β Ensure timely annual contract renewals with appropriate price revisions.
β Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and resolution of concerns.
β Monitor and manage collections and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) performance.
β Identify opportunities for up-selling and value-added services.
β Develop new business opportunities (farming) within existing and new customer accounts.
β Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify service gaps and business opportunities.
β Share actionable customer feedback with the service team to enhance customer satisfaction.
β Carry out additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

β 3β5 years of total experience, with a blend of front-line B2B sales and account management
β Good knowledge of the local geography/territory where the role is based
β Proven experience in customer retention and business development
β Proficient in MS-Office/G-Suite
