As a Security Officer based in our Limassol office, you will be a visible representative of the company, combining strong security awareness with excellent customer service, discretion, and professionalism. This role is ideal for individuals who understand security within a corporate hospitality setting.
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and Customer service-oriented Security Officer to ensure the safety, security, and smooth daily operation of the building, its employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, approachable, and capable of handling both security duties and front-facing interactions with professionalism.
1. Deliver a Professional First Impression
- Welcome guests, employees, and business partners with warmth, professionalism, and
- courtesy;
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects Freedom24's standards;
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to visitors.
2. Support Safety and Administrative Operations
- Manage visitor access, issue passes, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with company
- safety procedures;
- Assist with communication and coordination during safety drills and emergency situations;
- Follow and promote Freedom24's health and safety policies and procedures;
- Maintain a high level of safety and security awareness at all times;
- Report any irregularities when necessary.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, security, loss prevention, or customer service role (preferred);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and positive relationships;
- A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude;
- Good command of both Greek and English;
- Strong punctuality, reliability, and professionalism;
- The ability to maintain confidentiality, remain composed under pressure, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail;
- A dependable and respectful professional who takes ownership of their responsibilities;
- Someone who combines strong customer service skills with security and safety awareness;
- A positive team player who contributes to a welcoming and secure workplace environment.
