Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Business Development Representative con contratto di Stage per la nostra sede di Milano che si affianchi al Team di Onboarding e che, con la giusta formazione, impari a mantenere e fidelizzare il rapporto con i nostri Saloni partner.

Comprenderai cosa significa ricoprire un ruolo fondamentale per l’incremento del nostro business e il tuo obiettivo sarà quello di imparare a gestire il rapporto con i clienti, sviluppando partnerships solide e durature.

Responsabilità:

  • Collaborazione con altri dipartimenti. Team di vendita: lavorare a stretto contatto con i team di vendita per garantire transizioni fluide dalla vendita al post-vendita, assicurando che i clienti siano ben informati sui servizi post-vendita.
  • Risoluzione dei problemi: gestire reclami o problemi che sorgono dopo la vendita, garantendo una risoluzione agevole e soddisfacente per i clienti.
  • Raccolta feedback.

  • Diploma o Laurea
  • Possiedi una spiccata attitudine commerciale ed un forte orientamento al risultato
  • Ottime doti comunicative
  • Predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali e al lavoro in team
  • Hai dimestichezza nell'utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici
