The Role
Talent Acquisition Managerは、Tenの成長を支える採用活動全体をリードするポジションです。
Hiring Managerと密接に連携しながら、採用ニーズを理解し、採用戦略の立案、候補者のソーシング、選考プロセスの管理まで幅広く担当します。
また、採用活動が効率的かつコスト効率の高い形で進むように管理するとともに、Tenの価値観や企業文化に合った人材の採用を推進します。
What You Will Do
Talent Attraction
- Hiring Managerと連携し、ポジション要件やJob Descriptionの作成・更新
- Tenやポジションの魅力を伝える求人広告の作成
- 求人サイト、SNS、紹介、イベントなど最適なチャネルでの求人掲載
- LinkedInなどを活用したダイレクトソーシング（ヘッドハンティング）
- 外部採用パートナーやエージェントとの関係構築
Recruitment Campaign Management
- 各ポジションの採用戦略および採用計画の策定
- 書類選考および電話スクリーニング
- 面接プロセスの調整および候補者体験の向上
- 採用KPIや採用コストの管理・レポート作成
Talent Pipeline Development
- 将来のビジネスニーズを見据えたタレントパイプラインの構築
- 有望候補者との関係構築および継続的なエンゲージメント
Offers & Hiring Process
- 採用プロセス全体の管理（スクリーニング〜オファー）
- オファー条件の調整および交渉
- People Experienceチームとの連携によるスムーズなオンボーディング
Continuous Improvement
- 採用市場トレンドや新しい採用手法のリサーチ
- 採用プロセスや候補者体験の改善

- Microsoft OfficeおよびATSを活用し、採用データの追跡・分析・レポート作成ができる能力
必要要件：
英語（ビジネスレベル以上）、日本語（Native以上）
働き方：月曜から金曜勤務（土日祝お休み）
勤務時間：9-18時/10-19時
在宅勤務：6か月後の試用期間後、週2-3日程度在宅可能
