We are currently looking for a Travel Concierge who is passionate about luxury travel and delivering highly personalised service to join our growing global team.

The Role

As a Travel Concierge, you will design and manage bespoke travel experiences for our members, supporting everything from straightforward bookings to complex, multi-destination luxury itineraries.

Working with a global network of suppliers and lifestyle specialists, you will help create memorable journeys including luxury hotels, private villas, exclusive experiences, premium flights, and unique destination recommendations.

This role is ideal for a travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and enjoys building tailored travel solutions for discerning clients.

• Conducting in-depth consultations with high-net-worth members to understand their preferences and expectations. 

• Designing tailored itineraries featuring luxury accommodation, exclusive experiences, and premium transport. 

• Leveraging strong supplier relationships to secure competitive, high-value travel solutions. 

• Providing expert insight into destinations, trends, and emerging opportunities. 

• Managing bookings, documentation, and internal records with accuracy and efficiency. 

• Delivering exceptional service throughout the full travel cycle and resolving issues professionally. 

• Proactively promoting Ten’s wider lifestyle services, including dining, events, and special occasions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with members to understand their travel preferences, needs, and expectations.
• Design personalised travel itineraries across Europe and worldwide destinations.
• Book and manage flights, accommodation, and travel services using GDS systems.
• Recommend luxury hotels, unique experiences, and destination highlights.
• Work closely with global teams and trusted suppliers to deliver exceptional travel solutions.
• Manage travel bookings, documentation, and internal systems with high accuracy.
• Provide support throughout the member journey, resolving requests and challenges with professionalism.
• Promote Ten’s wider lifestyle services including dining, events, and special experiences.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• 3+ years of experience in leisure travel consulting or travel advisory roles
• Experience using a GDS system (Amadeus preferred; Sabre experience also considered)
• Advanced English (C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating multi-destination or international itineraries
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Passion for travel, destinations, and delivering personalised service

Preferred

• Experience working with luxury travel products, high-end clients, or concierge services
• Knowledge of European destinations and global travel trends
• IATA certification
• Experience with luxury DMCs or premium travel suppliers

Working Schedule

This role operates in a dynamic service environment supporting members across different time zones.
Shift flexibility is required.
