The Social Media Manager is the operational engine of the department. Key Responsibilities
- Content & Calendar Management: Own the master content calendar, ensuring every asset is approved, tagged, and scheduled correctly across all channels.
- Community Management: Act as the primary voice of the brand in comments and DMs, driving engagement and handling customer escalations with grace.
- Copywriting: Draft platform-specific copy ranging from witty short-form text to educational, SEO-friendly captions.
- Influencer & Logistics Support: Assist the Strategist in reaching out to creators, managing shipping logs for seeding, and tracking organic brand mentions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
- Precision: Exceptional attention to detail in scheduling, grammar, and brand consistency.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in CMS tools (Sprout Social, Upfluence) and project management software (Airtable).
- Communication: Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different platform tones.
