Program Officer, JUMP! Experiences

Eligibility: This position is open to candidates with a current right to work in Thailand.

Preferred Start Date: Immediate (as soon as possible)

Contract Term: 2 years, with potential for extension

Salary Range: THB 420.000 - 720.000 per annum (dependent on experience)
*Note: Salary includes a variable, performance-based component.

OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE:

JUMP! Foundation is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented JUMP! Experience Program Officer to join our dynamic team. You'll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of our impactful e programs. Working collaboratively across the program team, you'll work to ensure meaningful outcomes for participants through seamless operations in program delivery and continuous improvement of stakeholder engagement. 

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

Program Management & Administration:

• Support Program Management Processes: Provide comprehensive support to Program Directors, Managers and logistics coordinators across all aspects of the program lifecycle, from pre-program planning and logistics to participant onboarding, program delivery, and post-program evaluation.

• Program Administration: Manage program administration tasks efficiently and accurately, including participant registration, data entry, document management, and logistical arrangements.

• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Implementation: Ensure the effective implementation of program management processes in line with established SOPs, maintaining program consistency and quality.

Program Delivery & Content:

• Participant Onboarding & Support: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for participants, ensuring a smooth transition into the program and fostering a positive learning environment.

• Program Content Customization: Work collaboratively with program teams to tailor program content to meet the specific needs and learning objectives of different participant groups.

• Facilitation Support: Assist program facilitators in the delivery of engaging and impactful learning experiences that incorporate adventurous endeavors, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) principles, and meaningful reflective practices.

• Participant Development: Support the personal and professional development of program participants through mentorship, feedback mechanisms, and resource provision.

• Program materials and equipment maintenance: Work with equipment coordinator to ensure program equipment is kept fully operational; with the recording, intinerising, cleaning, maintenance and repair of program materials.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, International Development, Youth Work) preferred.
• Fresh university graduates or career starters with an interest in program management, administration or a related field. 
• Strong understanding of experiential learning principles and best practices.
• Experience working with diverse youth populations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer/digital, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools (a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in Thai language (reading, writing, and speaking) is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a passion for youth development and experiential learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
