What You Will Do

•       Define the information architecture for the full consumer platform, ensuring search, discovery, social interaction, and transactional flows form a seamless, unified experience with minimal friction or context switching

•       Build comprehensive design systems from foundational principles including component libraries, design tokens, typography, spatial systems, motion, and accessibility standards that scale from early-stage to millions of users

•       Design dynamic, AI-powered interfaces that gracefully handle personalized and structurally variable content through robust, flexible design patterns

•       Design intuitive search and discovery experiences that make sophisticated platform intelligence feel natural and invisible to the user

•       Design complex transactional and booking flows that guide users through multi-step processes with clear state management and recovery paths while hiding underlying complexity

•       Establish motion and micro-interaction principles as core product engineering decisions, balancing implementation cost, performance constraints, and user experience quality

Minimum Qualifications

•       3 or more years of senior product design experience on consumer products used at meaningful scale

•       Portfolio that demonstrates consumer product design at an unambiguous level of quality; shipped products that real users interact with daily, designed with evident care for every interaction detail

•       Systems-level design practice as a default; designs component libraries, token architectures, and interaction patterns before designing individual screens

•       Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered product surfaces with genuine understanding of how dynamic content changes the design problem

Preferred Qualifications

•       Background from Spotify Design, Klarna Design, or comparable design-forward consumer product companies in Stockholm

•       Experience establishing a complete design system from zero in a fast-moving environment

•       Aesthetic judgment that is strong, distinctive, and consistently defensible under technical and commercial scrutiny

•       A track record of delivering complete design systems and end-to-end product flows faster than comparable teams would consider realistic
