Role: Product Designer

Experience: 3-4 years

Working Hours: 5-day working (non-negotiable)

About the role:

You'll be joining a small, high-ownership design team, working on high-traffic consumer products — funnels, growth surfaces, and core user journeys. You'll own your work end-to-end and lead as the team grows.

• 3–4 years of product design experience in consumer internet
• Portfolio showing work on scaled, customer-facing products — conversion funnels, storefronts, growth flows
• AI-first mindset: you use AI tools actively in your workflow and can translate designs into front-end code
• Strong UX fundamentals and a sharp eye for what users actually do, not what they say
• Experience building or scaling a design system for a consumer app
• Understanding of business context — you know why a metric matters
