Pharmacy Technician

The Role

Permanent, Full Time (40 Hours per Week)

You will assist the Principal Pharmacist in the day-to-day operations of the dispensary including:

• Preparation and dispensing of the Investigational product. 
• Record keeping and maintenance of documentation.
• Cleaning and maintenance of aseptic suite and dispensary.
• Conducting daily record checks.
• Hours of work are 40 hours per week, to be worked between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm, over 7 days. You will be allocated shifts as per the Pharmacy Roster. This will require some weekend work and flexibility of hours to meet study requirements.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have: 

• Pharmacy Technician Certified Level 5.
• Meticulous attention for detail.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with sterile dispensing and compounding medicines preferred.
• Clinical trial experience would be beneficial.
