Digital Learning Coordinator
About this role
The role
At Prime, we’re building a modern, engaging approach to learning through our digital learning platform, Prime Dojo.
As a Digital Learning Coordinator, you will support the creation, coordination and continuous improvement of learning across the business. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on digital content creation (approximately 60–70%), alongside learning coordination and platform support.
You’ll help turn presentations, written content and ideas into engaging digital learning using tools such as Genially, Articulate, Canva and learning platforms such as 360Learning.
You’ll work closely with subject matter experts and the Learning & Development team to create learning content, support learning activities and help deliver a high-quality learning experience across Prime.
We’d love to hear from people who have some experience creating digital content and enjoy learning new tools and turning ideas into engaging learning. Mindset, curiosity and potential are more important than a specific degree or background.

We’re looking for someone who has:
- Some experience creating digital content, presentations, training materials or eLearning content
- Exposure to tools such as Canva, Genially, Articulate, PowerPoint, learning platforms (LMS) or similar
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Confidence managing multiple activities and priorities at once
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Curiosity and confidence learning new systems and digital tools independently
- Interest in learning and development and how people build skills and capability
Helpful but not essential:
- Experience in learning, digital content, coordination, administration or project support
- Experience working in a fast-paced or professional environment
- Exposure to learning platforms such as 360Learning or similar systems
