  • Sun–Thurs | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Tues–Sat | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • PRN opportunities may be considered if you can pick up several shifts weekly.

💲 $26-28/hour

  • Willing to obtain a CADC or is currently dually credentialed.
  • Supervision provided, if needed.

⭐ CADC I, II, or III Substance Abuse Counselor

💲 Starting $29+/hour

⭐ QMHP Clinician

💲Starting at $33+/hour

  • Willing to obtain a CADC or is currently dually credentialed.
  • Supervision provided, if needed.

⭐ Licensed Clinician or Associate

💲Starting at $36+/hour

  • Willing to get a CADC or is currently dually credentialed.
  • Supervision provided, if needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
  • Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
  • Support discharge planning and continuity of care
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health Field preferred. High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred.
  • OR State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor’s level. License preferred.
    • CADC I,II, or III
    • QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC
    • CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC
  • CPR-AED and First Aid certification required.
