We’re looking for a strategic, proactive, and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead and elevate our Client Engagement initiatives. In this role, you’ll own key client relationships and partner with executive stakeholders to maximize account retention, drive revenue growth, and ensure an outstanding client experience.

🤝 What You’ll Do

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and escalation point for key client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and high-touch support
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings, check-ins, and follow-ups
  • Analyze and synthesize complex client performance data, feedback, and market trends to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee cross-functional alignment, partnering closely with internal leadership (Implementation, Production, Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to streamline operations and resolve critical client challenges.

Growth & Retention

  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic client relationships through proactive, high‑value engagement
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics (usage, satisfaction, engagement) to identify risks and opportunities
  • Oversee renewal processes with relevant data and documentation
  • Partner with marketing to identify and develop clients suited for testimonials, case studies, and thought‑leadership initiatives
  • Collaborate with onboarding and implementation teams to ensure seamless transitions and long‑term client success
  • Drive growth within existing accounts by identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities aligned with client needs
  • Synthesize and communicate client feedback to influence product, service, and process improvements
  • Contribute to internal documentation and reporting for continuous improvement

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Business, Product Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
  • 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, project management, account management, or business development, preferably in a solutions-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Located the US West Coast / Pacific Time Zone.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience with project management is a plus.
  • Ability to build networks and develop relationships across different markets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage high-pressure situations.
  • Strong sense of accountability and dependability, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
