About this role
- · Attain leads through different channels (brokers, connections, referrals) to achieve resale and rental targets
- · Coordinate and cooperate with the primary sales team if needed
- · Monitor inventory of resale properties and rental units, optimizing offerings based on market demand
- · Interact with customers, address inquiries, and handle customer complaints to ensure positive customer experience & customer satisfaction
- · Negotiate resale property prices or rental terms with customers, ensuring favorable deals for the company
- · Manage and negotiate contract terms for resale and rental agreements
- · Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for resale transactions
- · Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback
- . Manage deal closures & relationships between buyers and sellers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of real estate experience, preferably in resale and/or rental transactions.
- Strong network of brokers, agents, and industry connections is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and inventory management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
