  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within AdTech, paid social, or digital marketing platforms
  • Deep curiosity and ambition to help marketers solve real business problems and drive measurable impact, efficiency, and performance
  • Ability to quickly master complex products and ecosystems, and sell effectively from C-suite executives to hands-on practitioners
  • Passion for how great creative drives paid media performance
  • Solid grasp of digital creative and media workflows, from production through delivery
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
  • Existing relationships in key verticals such as e-commerce, retail, entertainment, gaming, automotive, and travel
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, industry events, and conferences


๐ŸŽฏ Role Overview

As a Senior Account Executive (US), you will own complex, mid-market to enterprise sales cycles across US accounts, selling directly to brands and performance agencies.

This is a consultative, value-driven sale. Youโ€™ll be expected to:

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder deals
  • Sell into paid social, growth, creative, and data teams
  • Close ACVs typically in the ยฃ50kโ€“ยฃ200k+ range
  • Youโ€™ll work closely with Sales Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success to land and expand strategic accounts.


๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting โ†’ discovery โ†’ solutioning โ†’ pilot โ†’ close
  • Run complex demos and POVs focused on incrementality, creative performance, and scale
  • Use your deep expertise in e-commerce, travel, retail, and entertainment to personalize use cases
  • Understand localization, creative testing, catalog-based advertising, DPA, creative fatigue, and media efficiency
  • Maintain a 3โ€“5x pipeline coverage
  • Accurately forecast revenue and manage long-cycle enterprise deals
  • Collaborate with RevOps and marketing on ABM and target account strategies


โœ… Requirements

Experience

  • 3โ€“5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years selling paid social, adtech, or martech solutions
  • Proven experience closing ยฃ50k+ ACV deals with agencies and/or brands
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, Snap ecosystems

Skills

  • Challenger / consultative selling mindset
  • Excellent discovery and value articulation
  • Comfortable selling technical products to C-suit
  • Strong deal hygiene and CRM discipline
