Security Guard

We are seeking disciplined, vigilant, and responsible Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of premises, personnel, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, attentive, and capable of maintaining security protocols while performing routine monitoring and access control duties. Freshers with the required qualifications and a willingness to work in a 12-hour shift environment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and safeguard the assigned premises, property, and assets.
• Control and manage the entry and exit of visitors, employees, and vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor movements and vehicle gate entries/exits.
• Verify identification and authorize access as per security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and security rounds throughout the assigned sector or area.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches.
• Open and close gates according to operational schedules and security requirements.
• Ensure compliance with site security policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or security-related concerns.
• Maintain vigilance during duty hours and report unusual occurrences to supervisors.
• Assist in crowd management and access control during peak operational periods.
• Coordinate with management and other staff members to ensure a secure environment.
• Protect company property and prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of security posts and gate areas.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 8th Pass or 10th Pass.
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English and/or local language.
• Good observation and monitoring skills.
• Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of security experience may apply.
