We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and campaign execution. This role is ideal for a design professional who combines strong design fundamentals with a modern approach to creative production, including the use of AI-powered tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and innovation.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets across digital, social media, web, marketing, and brand communication channels. You will work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to translate ideas, campaigns, and business objectives into impactful visual experiences that engage audiences and strengthen brand presence.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of typography, layout, color systems, branding, and visual communication principles. You should be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership from concept development through final execution while maintaining a high standard of creativity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Communication

  • Design high-quality creative assets across digital platforms, social media, websites, CRM campaigns, performance marketing channels, and brand communication initiatives.
  • Develop engaging visual content for product launches, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business communications.
  • Transform complex concepts and business messages into clear, visually compelling, and easy-to-understand designs.
  • Create landing pages, banners, presentations, reports, brochures, sales collateral, and other communication materials.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and audience expectations.

Campaign Design & Execution

  • Contribute to the conceptualization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Design assets for social media campaigns, outdoor advertising, events, activations, internal communications, and promotional initiatives.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and campaign strategy discussions.
  • Develop cohesive visual systems that ensure consistency across various customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and results-driven campaigns.

AI-Assisted Creative Production

  • Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, image generation, and creative workflows.
  • Integrate AI-generated outputs with strong design principles to create polished, original, and brand-consistent creative assets.
  • Explore emerging AI-powered creative technologies to improve productivity and design quality.
  • Continuously experiment with new tools and workflows to enhance creative capabilities and operational efficiency.

Brand Stewardship & Design Excellence

  • Maintain visual consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of brand identity systems and design standards.
  • Create reusable templates, design systems, and scalable communication frameworks.
  • Ensure all deliverables reflect a high level of craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Present design concepts confidently and explain the rationale behind creative decisions.

Collaboration & Project Ownership

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and convert them into effective visual solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept development through final delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, content, and leadership teams to achieve business goals.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1โ€“4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Communication Design, Branding, or a related creative field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual communication, branding, campaign design, typography, layout design, and presentation design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Google Slides, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, color theory, branding, and storytelling principles.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into impactful and visually engaging creative solutions.
  • Experience working with Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Claude, Veo, Kling, or similar creative platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and creative thinking.
  • Ability to balance creativity, speed, and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring emerging design trends, technologies, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, video editing, illustration, photography, or 3D design tools is an added advantage.
