We are looking for a proactive SEO Specialist with a strong focus on off-page optimization, link-building strategies, and organic growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands how search engines evaluate authority and relevance and can execute effective SEO campaigns that improve rankings, visibility, and referral traffic.

You will play a key role in strengthening the organization's digital presence by driving backlink acquisition, managing outreach campaigns, engaging with online communities, and supporting on-page SEO efforts. Working closely with the SEO and content teams, you will help improve search performance through a combination of technical understanding, relationship building, and data-driven optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage off-page SEO campaigns to improve domain authority and organic search visibility.
• Develop personalized outreach strategies for guest posting, broken link building, resource page placements, and partnership opportunities.
• Build high-quality backlinks through strategic engagement on forums, niche communities, Reddit, Quora, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify brand mentions, link-building opportunities, and discussions that can drive organic traffic and strengthen brand visibility.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and effective link acquisition strategies.
• Monitor backlink profiles to ensure link quality, indexability, relevance, and long-term SEO value.
• Track backlink performance, recovery opportunities, and overall link health using SEO tools.
• Support local SEO initiatives, including business listings, citation management, and profile optimization.
• Perform keyword research and search intent analysis to identify growth opportunities and support content planning.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata optimization, internal linking strategies, image optimization, and content recommendations.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create and promote linkable assets that support organic growth objectives.
• Stay updated on evolving search engine algorithms, AI-driven search trends, GEO/AEO practices, and SEO best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in SEO with a strong emphasis on off-page optimization and link building.
• Solid understanding of backlink acquisition strategies, outreach techniques, and authority-building practices.
• Experience using SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for outreach and partnership development.
• Familiarity with online communities, forums, Reddit, Quora, and other engagement-driven platforms.
• Understanding of backlink quality metrics, competitor analysis, and SEO performance tracking.
• Knowledge of keyword research, search intent mapping, and organic growth strategies.
• Basic experience with on-page SEO optimization techniques and content enhancement.
• Awareness of emerging search trends, including GEO, AEO, and AI-powered search visibility concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable SEO improvements.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple SEO initiatives simultaneously.
