We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Graphic Designer who can combine strong visual design skills with the power of Generative AI to create engaging brand experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with emerging AI tools while maintaining high standards of design quality, originality, and brand consistency.

You will play a key role in developing visually compelling content across digital, social, packaging, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about design innovation, understands modern creative workflows, and can effectively leverage AI technologies to accelerate ideation, content creation, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print platforms, including social media creatives, website banners, advertisements, presentations, product packaging, and marketing materials.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to support concept development, image creation, creative exploration, and content enhancement.
• Create visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Transform AI-generated concepts into polished, original, and production-ready creative assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, content, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and communication materials.
• Support creative storytelling through innovative visual concepts and modern design techniques.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, design trends, and creative best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to multimedia content creation, including basic video editing and motion graphics when required.
• Continuously explore new ways to improve creative efficiency through AI-assisted workflows and automation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong passion for Graphic Design, Visual Storytelling, and Creative Innovation.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Claude, Canva AI, Kling, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Ability to effectively blend human creativity with AI capabilities to produce unique and engaging content.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, with AI-assisted projects being highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and layout design principles.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, and brand communication.
• Basic knowledge of video editing, animation, or motion graphics is an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Quick learner who is comfortable adapting to evolving technologies and creative tools.
