We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Manager to drive fundraising initiatives and build meaningful relationships with corporate donors, CSR leaders, foundations, and strategic funding partners. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business development capabilities with a genuine commitment to creating social impact.

You will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, developing partnership strategies, and managing donor relationships that support long-term organizational growth. Working closely with internal teams, you will help transform impact stories and program outcomes into compelling fundraising opportunities while strengthening engagement with corporate stakeholders.

This position requires a proactive professional who can confidently engage senior decision-makers, create persuasive proposals, and manage partnerships from initial outreach through renewal and long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with corporate donors, CSR leaders, foundations, and funding partners.
  • Develop and present compelling fundraising proposals, partnership concepts, presentations, and donor communications.
  • Manage the complete donor engagement lifecycle, including prospecting, meetings, follow-ups, reporting, stewardship, and renewals.
  • Drive corporate fundraising initiatives and partnership opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support employee engagement, volunteering programs, and CSR activation initiatives with partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal program teams to gather impact data, success stories, reports, and case studies for donor engagement.
  • Maintain and track fundraising pipelines, donor commitments, partnership milestones, and funding opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, CSR forums, industry conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate partners to maximize engagement, retention, and repeat funding opportunities.
  • Monitor fundraising performance and identify opportunities to expand partnerships and funding sources.
  • Ensure timely delivery of donor reports, presentations, and compliance-related documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MSW, Development Studies, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Experience in corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or donor management.
