In this position, you will leverage your expertise to assist in training next-generation AI systems. Your efforts will influence how models acquire knowledge, reason, and operate by providing high-quality, real-world data. No previous experience in AI is necessary — what counts is your domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Examine manufacturing workflows, production procedures, and industrial operations.
2. Assess operational efficiency, quality control measures, and safety protocols.
3. Analyze technical documents and data related to production.
4. Create detailed reports and effectively communicate findings on operations.
5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
6. Identify areas for operational enhancements and process optimizations.
7. Ensure meticulous attention to detail during all operational assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing, industrial operations, or production settings.
2. Understanding of quality control practices, safety regulations, and process improvement techniques.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
5. Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
6. Capability to work independently in a remote work environment.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to operational precision.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience collaborating with industrial operations or production management teams.
2. Previous participation in Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational enhancement projects.
