We are seeking an experienced Golang Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in backend development using Go (Golang), along with the ability to contribute across the full technology stack, including frontend development, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-performance enterprise applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and QA teams. The position requires strong problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of modern software engineering practices, and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using Golang.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop end-to-end solutions across backend and frontend layers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Design cloud-native applications and deploy them on Microsoft Azure services.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define application architecture, technical standards, and best practices.
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and enterprise systems.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Work closely with product and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Must-Have Skills

Golang (Go)

• Strong hands-on experience in Golang application development.
• Expertise in developing microservices, APIs, concurrent programming, and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of Go frameworks, libraries, and best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization, code profiling, and application scalability.

Azure Cloud

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Azure services.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience deploying and managing cloud-native applications.
• Understanding of cloud security, monitoring, networking, and cost optimization practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

Full Stack Development

• Experience with modern frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and frontend architecture.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Exposure to messaging systems, caching solutions, and API gateways.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–13 years of software development experience with a strong focus on backend and cloud technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed teams.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience building large-scale enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Azure certifications are a plus.
• Passion for clean code, software craftsmanship, and continuous learning.
