Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multichannel outbound prospecting campaigns using SDR and AI-powered sales tools.
- Identify and engage enterprise-level decision-makers through strategic account targeting and research.
- Build highly targeted lead databases using intent signals, market intelligence, and advanced prospecting techniques.
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls using AI-generated insights and prospect intelligence.
- Generate and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Design and manage personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to increase engagement and response rates.
- Create, optimize, and monitor automated email sequences tailored to target audiences.
- Ensure seamless coordination between automated outreach activities and human follow-up processes.
- Track campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies for better results.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions, and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sales technologies.

- Proven experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Sales Development roles.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and client relationship building.
