This role focuses on identifying and engaging enterprise-level decision-makers, generating qualified opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline through data-driven outbound campaigns. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multichannel outbound prospecting campaigns using SDR and AI-powered sales tools.
  • Identify and engage enterprise-level decision-makers through strategic account targeting and research.
  • Build highly targeted lead databases using intent signals, market intelligence, and advanced prospecting techniques.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls using AI-generated insights and prospect intelligence.
  • Generate and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team to accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Design and manage personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Create, optimize, and monitor automated email sequences tailored to target audiences.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between automated outreach activities and human follow-up processes.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies for better results.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions, and sales activities within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sales technologies.
