We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain Management to lead the development, enhancement, and execution of innovative product solutions that improve operational efficiency, logistics visibility, inventory optimization, and end-to-end supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable product strategies and technology-driven solutions.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, analytics, and customer success teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions aligned with organizational goals. You will play a critical role in driving product lifecycle activities from ideation and market research to implementation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision for supply chain-related products and platforms.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and operational teams to identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements to build scalable product solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product releases within defined timelines.
  • Drive product enhancements across areas such as inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, transportation, logistics, forecasting, and order management.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, user adoption, and operational KPIs to continuously improve product effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in supply chain technology and product innovation.
  • Create detailed product documentation including user stories, business cases, workflows, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between technical and business teams.
  • Support change management initiatives and user adoption through training, documentation, and product demonstrations.

Required Skills

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management concepts and processes.
  • Experience working on supply chain technology products, digital transformation initiatives, or enterprise platforms.
  • Solid understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory planning, warehouse management, and demand forecasting.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into product features and functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based product development environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Product Management experience across enterprise or SaaS-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP, SCM, WMS, or transportation management systems.
  • Exposure to data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of AI/automation use cases within supply chain operations.
  • Experience handling large-scale transformation or process optimization projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • MBA or relevant product management certification is an added advantage.
  • 8–16 years of overall experience with significant exposure to supply chain operations and product-driven roles.
  • Proven ability to manage product lifecycle activities and deliver measurable business impact.
