We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales professional with strong expertise in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solution sales. This role is focused on driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing large enterprise opportunities across areas such as Data Centre Modernization, Networking, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace solutions, and Managed Services. The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling skills, the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, and a deep understanding of enterprise technology environments. You will collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning and customer satisfaction while building long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in target-driven environments, understand evolving technology trends, and can deliver value-led business solutions that align with customer objectives and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close enterprise sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Sell IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions across enterprise accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end solution selling for Data Centre Modernization, Networking, Digital Workplace, Managed Services, and Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers within enterprise organizations.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct strategic client discussions to understand business challenges and align technology solutions accordingly.
  • Track market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to strengthen sales strategy.
  • Drive new business development initiatives and expand existing enterprise accounts.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions for enterprise customers.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales within IT infrastructure or cybersecurity domains.
  • Strong expertise in consultative selling and enterprise account management.
  • Proven experience selling cybersecurity, networking, managed services, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology trends and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • MBA or relevant business qualification is an added advantage.
