As a UI/UX Product Designer, you will take charge of designing our digital products.

You will lead the design strategy for a compassionate digital suite of products, utilizing customer feedback and user research to shape the product design approach. Our goal is to create experiences that benefit both talent and investors, whether that means enhancing the customer journey, raising awareness about digital privacy, developing accessible solutions, or supporting international expansion.

A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for outstanding User Experience, possess a sharp eye for both aesthetic and functional User Interfaces, and have the capability to deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment. This position calls for a highly collaborative, hands-on professional who can work closely with stakeholders such as Senior Management, Development, Business teams, and Market Research to ensure a focused and engaging experience for customers at every digital touchpoint.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehend the experience brief provided by Product Owners.
• Develop concepts and refined interface designs precisely customized for various user types.
• Establish interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. Design interfaces that minimize friction throughout the customer journey.
• Deliver user experiences centered on customers and end-users that strengthen and enhance the ZOOP.ONE brand and foster customer loyalty with meticulous attention to detail.
• Lead the team by promoting UX and UI best practices and ensuring high-quality design across all competencies, including visual design, content, motion, interaction design, prototyping, and user experience research.
• Plan feature roadmaps and prioritize strategies based on market research, testing, and brand objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to guarantee high-quality implementation, and conduct testing and maintenance activities.
• Create scenarios, comprehensive end-to-end experiences, interaction models, screen designs, and interactive prototypes that internal teams and clients can engage with and test.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working on digital products, preferably within the fintech sector.
• Extensive knowledge of information architecture, user-centered design principles, best practices, and the latest innovative concepts.
• Exceptional design sensibility, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in leveraging data and customer insights to guide design decisions.
• Expertise in Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop, with experience in HTML and CSS.
• Proficient in validating designs using Usability Testing and A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• A degree or certification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Experience in creating animations and graphics using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects, along with knowledge of CSS architecture, SASS, and JavaScript, and converting designs into HTML/CSS code or React components.
