We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Mid-Market Sales Manager with 9–15 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, revenue generation, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring and growing mid-market accounts, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

This role requires a consultative sales professional who understands customer pain points, can position SaaS-based solutions effectively, and is capable of managing the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure. The candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales activities for mid-market customers across assigned territories or verticals.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to generate consistent revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound business development initiatives.
  • Understand client business challenges and present SaaS solutions that align with their operational and strategic goals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop account growth strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute demand-generation and lead-nurturing campaigns.
  • Work closely with customer success and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements within the SaaS and technology landscape.
  • Mentor junior sales professionals and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in B2B Sales with a demonstrated ability to manage mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Proven expertise in Revenue Generation and consistently achieving high-value sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience in SaaS Sales, including subscription-based products, cloud platforms, or technology solutions.
  • Excellent Business Development capabilities with strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.

Additional Requirements

  • 9–15 years of overall sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, cloud, or digital solutions industries.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage with CXOs, founders, procurement heads, and business decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and market insights.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a high-growth environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience handling mid-market or high-growth business accounts.
  • Exposure to fast-paced startup or scaling SaaS environments.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deal structures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
