We are looking for a results-oriented Team Leader โ Sales to oversee a team of 10โ15 outbound agents who sell financial products, including Fixed Deposits (FDs), Bonds, and Mutual Funds. This position requires a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets, ensuring sales process compliance, and consistently enhancing agent performance through audits and retraining.
Key Responsibilities:
โ Oversee and lead a team of 10โ15 sales agents to consistently meet daily and monthly sales goals.
โ Monitor essential performance indicators such as calls, conversions, Assets Under Management (AUM), and revenue to maintain steady results.
โ Perform daily audits on agents and provide retraining sessions to enhance quality, ensure compliance, and boost conversion rates.
โ Inspire, coach, and acknowledge top-performing team members through structured feedback and incentive programs.
โ Work closely with product and operations teams to facilitate seamless post-sales processes.
โ Conduct weekly performance reviews and share actionable insights to refine conversion strategies.
